Being physically together 

Does this mean everything?

Hearing their voice 

Seeing them too often 

Sharing with them day and night 

Does this define togetherness?

When a name brings back 

Fond memories of beautiful moments 

And tears begin to run down your cheeks 

When their mention leads to

Ache in the heart and longing to the soul

When they are not anywhere to be found 

And yet you spend each moment with them
